Vinicius Belnuovo

Vinicius Belnuovo has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Vinicius began their career at Foster Web Solutions as a Developer, working with web development and learning various technologies. In 2010, they moved to Keyrus as a System Analyst, working with analysis and system development for the commercial area. Vinicius then moved to PlayPhone as a System Analyst, working with the platform of the digital store for entertainment mobile sales. In 2011, they worked as a Developer at Thomas Greg & Sons Ltda, working with system development for government. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Bematech S/A as a Scrum Master and System Analyst, leading and disseminating the good practices of the Scrum framework, participating in the implementation and customizations of ALM in the company, and being part of the web development team for new projects. In 2021, they moved to Gera let as a Tech Lead, and also to Jestor (YC S21) as Head of Implementations, where they are responsible for projects and delivery services for all clients, as well as managing the implementation team.

Vinicius Belnuovo's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Systems Information from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2006 to 2010. Vinicius also attended ETE - Lauro Gomes from 2002 to 2003 to obtain a Technical degree in Data Processing. In 2011, Vinicius obtained a Certified Scrum Master from AdaptWorks. In 2013 and 2014, they attended Senac to obtain a degree in Project Management - PMI Practices. Vinicius also attended Centro Universitário Assunção. Vinicius has obtained several certifications, including a MS: Programming in C# Specialist from Microsoft in 2014, a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in 2012, two MCTS: .NET Framework 4 certifications in 2011, and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2011. Vinicius also obtained a Certificação OKR Essencial - Defina metas com OKRs from Feedz.
