Michael Hail

Michael Hail currently serves as the Manager of Primary Prevention and Community Engagement at Jesuit Social Services, focusing on community engagement for The Men's Project since February 2022. With extensive experience in violence prevention and community development, Michael has held positions such as Director at MDHail Ltd, where training programs were developed for various European agencies, and Senior Training Practitioner at No to Violence, overseeing the quality of training for those working with men who use family violence. Additional roles have included Project Co-Ordinator for Glasgow City Council's A Community in Motion initiative, a Development Officer for Education Scotland's Mentors in Violence Prevention Programme, and multiple positions in youth work and educational support. Michael Hail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Education from the University of Strathclyde.
