Rob Roa has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies. Rob started their career as a Business Development Associate at LandBank of the Philippines, where they worked on coordinating and executing an agribusiness model for typhoon survivors. Rob then worked as a Barista at Nordstrom before moving on to The Blind Tiger Cafe, where they held various roles such as Lead Barista, Assistant Manager, Coffee Roaster, and Store Manager. Currently, Rob is working at the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where they have held positions such as Admissions Coordinator, Associate Manager of Recruitment, Recruitment Manager, and Director of Recruitment, Outreach, and FJV Engagement. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing relationships, implementing recruitment strategies, and supervising team members.

Rob Roa attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a field of study in Philosophy. In March 2019, they also obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
