Paul Scholten has extensive experience in digital strategy and training within the non-profit sector, particularly with Cru since July 1995. Currently serving as a Training Strategies and Digital UX & Field Strategist at Jesus Film Project since August 2019, Paul focuses on innovative digital practices to enhance outreach efforts. As an Online Strategist, Paul has worked on developing digital strategies to connect with university students, reaching a target audience of 15 million. Previous roles include Director of Digital Adoption, where Paul supported US Campus Ministry teams in leveraging social media, and serving as Missional Team Leader, where responsibilities included evangelism, discipleship, staff management, leadership development, and fundraising. Paul holds a BS in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed in 1995.
