David Cass

As an EVP of Corporate Development, David Cass is responsible for corporate strategy at Jet Edge, which includes mergers and acquisitions, fleet financing, capital markets, technology, and investor relations. David brings extensive knowledge from his previous roles as the CFO & President of retail energy provider and renewable energy startup Griddy Energy, VP for special situations private equity fund (Saybrook Capital), and as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. He received his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and David Cass is a CFA® charter holder.
