Jim Douthitt

Jim Douthitt has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jim began their career in 2000 as Chief Accounting Officer at RehabCare. From 2003 to 2007, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Health Care. In 2007, they moved to Sterling Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, they joined RehabCare Group as Vice President of Finance for the SRS Division. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations at RehabCare. From 2013 to 2017, they were Chief Operating Officer at RehabCare and Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services, where they were responsible for overseeing an organization of 17,000 providers delivering rehab services in 46 states. In 2020, they became Chief Financial Officer at Jet Health, Inc.

Jim Douthitt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University between 1980 and 1985.
