Resort locations are positioned near national parks and recreation, allowing guests to setup a basecamp and explore natural wonders such as the Grand Tetons or Olympic Peninsula, with activities ranging from hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, rafting, clamming, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and so much more. 

We focus on acquiring and converting independent motels with RV or Camping elements, near prime geological locations that draw demand from urban centers.  Our conversion model is completely vertical: We farm deals, raise capital, execute rehab, and rebrand with professional management services under the JET Hospitality flag.
