Melissa Besman

Melissa Besman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Jet Support Services, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Nestlé Professional from March 2017 to May 2019, and previously worked at Nestlé from August 2014 to March 2017 as a Human Resources Generalist within the Human Resources Development Program. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Intern position at National Interstate Insurance Company in the summer of 2013. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bucknell University, completed in 2014.
