Emma Babrovskie has extensive experience in airline customer operations, currently serving as Duty Manager for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since March 2023. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Team Manager at MAG (Airports Group) from August 2022 to March 2023. Emma's career at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays spans nearly a decade and a half, with roles including Duty Office Duty Manager, Customer Operations Duty Manager, and Senior Customer Operations Coordinator. Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in Recreation and Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
