Miriam D'Souli

Miriam D'Souli has worked as a Human Resources Director at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since July 2017. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Royal Mail from January 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they served as the HRBP/Deputy HR Director at London Overground Rail Operations Ltd (LOROL) from June 2014 to January 2015. From December 2010 to August 2014, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Heathrow. Miriam also has experience as a Regional HR Manager at Servisair from 2005 to 2010, an HR Manager at Compass Group from 2003 to 2005, and a Regional HR Adviser at CSC from 2000 to 2003.

Miriam D'souli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000.
