Rachel Turner

Rachel Turner has extensive experience in the aviation and customer service industries, currently serving as Front of House Manager at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Menzies Aviation from March 2015, including Customer Services Manager and Service Delivery Manager, and also worked as People Operations Manager for Serco from 2021 to June 2022. Rachel's career at Menzies Aviation began in 2010, during which time Rachel held roles such as Airport Operations Manager and Duty Manager. Rachel's educational background includes attendance at Chase Terrace High School.
