Sarah Fallows

Sarah Fallows has a robust career in human resources, currently serving as General Manager of HR Operations at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since September 2013, where previous roles included Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Sarah held various HR positions at Dorothy Perkins within Arcadia Ltd, overseeing HR matters for over 200 stores, including responsibilities as Retail HR Manager and Regional HR Manager from August 2006 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Divisional HR Officer at Waterstones and HR Assistant at Laura Ashley. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, completed in 2006.
