Luis Corona, BS, has over 18 years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure operations and engineering at JetBlue Airways. As the General Manager of IT Infrastructure Operations, Luis leads a 24/7 technical support team, overseeing critical applications that generate over $5 billion annually. Previous roles include Senior Server Engineer, where Luis managed Puppet Enterprise and various monitoring solutions, and Application Server Engineer, responsible for administering ESX VMware and Citrix XenApp. Luis began the career journey as a Helpdesk Supervisor at City College of New York after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
