Robert Bilak

Robert Bilak currently serves on the Board of Directors at The Viscardi Center since January 2017 and holds the position of Head of People at JetBlue Travel Products since October 2013. Previously, Robert worked at JetBlue Airways in various roles, including Director of Crew Relations & Compliance Programs and Director of Crew Relations, from June 2005 to November 2012. Prior to JetBlue, Robert was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Great Bend Regional Hospital from November 2012 to October 2013. Robert's extensive experience includes roles in recruitment and human resources management, demonstrating a strong background in organizational leadership within the aviation industry.
