Susan Pfingstler

Susan Pfingstler is currently serving as Vice President of JetBlue University since July 2023. In addition, Susan is a member of the NASA Advisory Council Aeronautics Committee since December 2021. Previously, Susan held the position of Managing Director for Airline Operations and Air Traffic Control Strategy at United Airlines from July 2017 to July 2023. Prior experience includes working at the Federal Aviation Administration in the Surface Operations Office from January 2013 to July 2017 and as Manager of Safety, Operations & Infrastructure for Latin America & Caribbean at the International Air Transport Association from November 2011 to January 2013. Susan Pfingstler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School.
