Martin Kotva

Martin Kotva is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor law, employment, and immigration matters. Currently serving as Group Legal Counsel at JetBrains since September 2022, Martin previously held roles at Siemens, including Global Expert in Labor Law & Immigration Law and Legal Counsel for Siemens PLM Software, where responsibilities included legal support for business activities in the Czech market. Martin also served as Head of HR for Siemens Mobility and led the HR Industrial Relations and Labor Law agenda for Siemens, overseeing governance for approximately 13,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a Mgr. degree in Law from Charles University and an Ing. degree in Business Economics and Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
