Marsha Wilson

Marsha Wilson has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant IT/Repairs at Surefire LLC in 2005. Marsha then moved on to become an Executive Assistant at ITT Technical Institute in 2011, where they were responsible for payroll, new hire paperwork, petty cash, accounts payable, letters, company memos, office supplies, campus inventory, storage locations, weekly schedules, student services, employee relations, benefits coordinator, vendor services contact, purchase order requisitions, weekly reports for quality control, contracts, employee personal records, payroll, and more. In 2012, they became the Office Manager at National Cash Systems, where their duties included new contract processing, bank account changes, letters, answering phones, organizing invoices, providing accounts payable and accounts receivable support, maintaining office inventory, job costing, customer and vendor management, creating paper and electronic files, monthly billing, processing background checks, surcharge changes, updating QuickBooks, processing monthly statements, contract end term management, contract renewals, customer surveys, buy-rate changes, travel logistics, and scheduling. In 2014, they became the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Language People, Inc., one of the largest providers of interpreting services in the nation. Finally, in 2017, they became the Executive Assistant to the President and CFO at JetHead.

Marsha Wilson has a comprehensive educational background. Marsha began their studies at Cerritos College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Social and Criminal Justice with a Minor in Forensics from 2003 to 2005. Marsha then moved on to Rio Hondo College, where they earned a Certificate of Completion in Forensic Science and Technology from 2005 to 2008. After that, they attended Ashford University, where they obtained a BA in Social and Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensics from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from the University of Phoenix from 2018 to 2020.
