Carolyn Pierre is an experienced professional in the airline industry, currently serving as the Head of Product & Ancillary Revenue at Jetstar Airways since April 2016. In this role, Carolyn oversees the Brand Extensions strategy and P&L for Jetstar Group airlines, managing a range of products including travel insurance, car hire, and financial services. Carolyn has a strong background in ancillary revenue management, having advanced through several positions at Jetstar Airways since 2004, including Manager of Ancillary Products and Ancillary Projects Manager. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Tourism from Monash University and a dual degree in Commerce and Arts from the University of Melbourne.
