Jackson Carson

Jackson Carson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. 📐 Jackson began their career in 1988 at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where they directed the CKC Animation Laboratory and taught animation courses. 📐 Jackson then worked at Specular International as a Product Manager and UI Designer, where they designed award-winning 3D animation software interfaces. In 1993, they founded Wavelength Media Inc., where they managed design teams and developed innovative web applications and campaigns. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Web Art Director at Gaiam, leading a successful UX/UI migration project. 📐 Jackson then joined Oracle as a Senior Usability Engineer and Senior User Experience Designer, working on the RightNow Social platform. From 2012 to 2016, they held the role of UI/UX Director at MobileDay, where they focused on delivering a seamless user experience. 📐 Jackson then became the UX/UI Director at SnapEngage, where they built a culture of design and led a team of designers. In 2015, they became the Lead UX Mentor at Techstars, providing guidance on UX strategy and facilitating design thinking workshops. Currently, they servservethe Creative Director at Jetstream Ground Services, overseeing the company's brand and website redesign.

Jackson Carson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Graphics and Multimedia with a GPA of 3.75 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates Degree in Biology from Mount Wachusett Community College, studying from 1986 to 1988. 📐 Jackson also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Rally Software, obtained in 2010.
