Brianna Elzner

Brianna Elzner has over 8 years of work experience. Brianna began their career in 2012 as a Lab Assistant at the University of Texas - Mechanical Engineering. In 2014, they took on the role of E-Commerce Distribution/Fulfillment Specialist at Kendra Scott. In 2017, they joined Google as a Global Business Recruiter via Nelson and then as a Staffing Services Associate. In 2019, they joined Jetty as Manager, Partner Experience and Training, then as Training Manager, and finally as Recruiter. As Recruiter, they were responsible for non-tech focused full life cycle recruitment, hiring 30+ employees across two offices, making up over one-third of the company at time of departure. Brianna also hired four entire teams with new job functions to the company in addition to new one-off roles.
