Canny Bee has worked in the engineering field since 2006. In that year, they began working as a Planning Engineer at Hatch. In 2008, they transitioned to Jetty, where they currently serve as a Non Executive Director.

Canny Bee obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of the West of Scotland in 2017, with a focus on Business Administration and Strategic Management. In 2008-2009, Canny Bee attended the University of the West of Scotland and obtained a Master of Science - MS in Information Technology Project Management. In 2009, Canny Bee attended the University of Education Winneba and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
