Erica Brown

Erica Brown is an experienced professional in service operations and customer service, currently serving as the Senior Service Operations Manager at Jetty since August 2019, after progressing through roles as Service Operations Manager and Service Operations Specialist within the same company. Prior to joining Jetty, Erica held the position of Customer Service Manager at Piedmont Water Company from July 2014 to October 2018 and served as a Customer Service Representative II for the State of Ohio from July 2011 to March 2014.
