Kimberly Rose has over 17 years of professional work experience. Kimberly began their career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at Information Systems Support, Inc. In 2006, they moved to CACI International Inc. as a General Clerk IV. Kimberly then joined MITRE in 2007 as an Executive and Department Personnel Assistant. In 2011, they were an Assistant Manager at Top Notch Marketing and in 2012 a Sales Representative at Flexi Compras. From 2013-2015, Kimberly was a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional at GEICO. During their time at GEICO, they also held roles as a Business Analyst, Statistical Budget Analyst, and Performance Monitoring Team Lead & Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma Candidate. In 2021, Kimberly joined Jetty as an Operations Analyst II. In this role, they have been responsible for streamlining operational processes, developing tools and mechanisms to understand and drive performance, and reducing risk for the larger organization. Kimberly has also led a team to implement a Phase I roll-out of a new Claims Management System.

Kimberly Rose's education history includes a Graduate Certificate in Data Analysis from Cornell University in 2018 and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Cochise College. Kimberly has also obtained several certifications, including Explore/Analytics, Foundational Support, and Talk/Voice from Zendesk in December 2022, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GreyCampus in November 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GreyCampus in September 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt from GreyCampus in April 2019.
