Lauren Brown, SCLA

Lauren Brown, SCLA has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Lauren began their career in 2012 as an Account Claims Representative at PMA Insurance Group. In 2013, they moved to James River Insurance Company as a Claims Examiner and to Kinsale Insurance as a Claims Examiner, Senior Claims Examiner, and Claims Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President - Claims at Kinsale Insurance. In 2020, they became the Director of Claims at Sidecar Health and in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Claims Operations at Jetty, where they revamped the claims and recovery process for bond claims.

Lauren Brown, SCLA completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. In 2013, they began pursuing a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from The Institutes and is expected to complete the program in 2021. In 2002, they obtained a Senior Claim Law Associate from AEI in Property casualty claim handling.
