Helle Okholm

Helle Okholm is a Danish business executive who has served on the boards of several companies, including Jeudan, GF Forsikring, Forenet Kredit, Goodvalley, Basisbank, and Danske Andelskassers Bank. Helle is currently the chairman of the Audit Committee at Jeudan.

Okholm began their career in the early 1990s as a consultant with their own firm, Okholm Consulting. Helle later became the CFO of Bluegarden Holding, a position they held for seven years. In 2016, they were appointed to the board of Basisbank. The following year, they joined the board of Danske Andelskassers Bank.

In 2020, Okholm was elected to the board of Jeudan, one of Denmark’s largest real estate companies. Helle has been a member of Jeudan’s Audit Committee since 2021.

Helle Okholm is a certified public accountant and has a degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School.
