Vanessa Oliveira

Vanessa Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vanessa began their career as a Business Administrator at Art Vip Events, where they oversaw daily business operations and cultivated industry relationships to advance the company's goals. Vanessa then joined Jeunesse Global as a Human Resources Projects & Process Coordinator, where they focused on employee engagement initiatives and implemented new processes to drive operational excellence. Vanessa later worked at Healthfirst as a Policy and Process Analyst, where they crafted and refined departmental policies and procedures. Most recently, Vanessa returned to Jeunesse Global as a Sr. HR Project Manager, overseeing various HR projects and providing data analysis and reporting to senior leadership. In 2023, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources & Employee Experience at Jeunesse Global. In addition to their corporate experience, Vanessa co-founded Expo Brazil Orlando, where they managed event planning and execution, resulting in significant growth in vendor participation and attendee satisfaction.

Vanessa Oliveira completed their education and obtained a Post Graduate Program in Project Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2024. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Seminole State College of Florida, graduating in 2022. Additionally, Vanessa holds several certifications including the Master Mind High Performance Training from The Napoleon Hill Foundation, Process Improvement Foundations and Business Process Improvement from LinkedIn, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification in 2019.
