Kimberly McCaffrey

Kimberly McCaffrey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Intermediary Services at JEVS Human Services, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly was with Philadelphia Works, Inc. from March 2016 to March 2024, first as the Manager of Youth Workforce System, overseeing compliance and service delivery for youth programs, and previously as a Youth System Program Representative focused on program monitoring and technical assistance. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Eligibility Specialist Supervisor at Goodwill Central Texas, where Kimberly provided case management services for youth under WIA/WIOA, and roles at Easter Seals Central Texas and The Arc of Centre County, providing care and support for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Kimberly holds a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University.
