Marty Ramirez

Marty Ramirez has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Marty began their career in the US Army, serving as a Captain and Company Commander. After leaving the military, they joined HP, where they held executive marketing director roles for both Global Desktop Printing and Global Inkjet Printing divisions. At HP, they led teams, managed budgets, and developed growth-focused strategies. Marty later joined Memjet Technology as Vice President of Client Management, where they played a key role in leading US business development efforts and building a customer base. Marty then moved on to Oregon Tool, where they served as Vice President of Operations & Analytics and later as the Global Business Segment Director. In these roles, they brought structure to the organization, led value stream optimization initiatives, and directed product management across multiple categories. Currently, Marty holds the position of SVP Supply Chain & Chief Operating Officer at Jewett Cameron Company, where they oversee all aspects of logistics, warehousing, planning, procurement, and order-to-cash operations. Marty has introduced strategic focus, implemented formal S&OP, and transformed systems and processes. Throughout their career, Marty has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.

Marty Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business. Additionally, Marty has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Decision Science from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
