Bella Alexandrov

Bella Alexandrov is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as a Shaliach at the Jewish Agency For Israel since 2019 and as the Executive Director of Eretz-Ir NGO since 2013. At Eretz-Ir, Bella has successfully led the strategic vision of the organization, significantly increasing the budget and enhancing evaluation procedures to improve the impact on Israel's peripheral cities. Previous roles include Community Organizer at Shatil, Director of Communities at Ma'avrim Employment Center, and Deputy Chair at Sapir College, where Bella focused on social projects, community development, and worker's rights. Bella's educational background includes a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Sapir College.
