John Schochet

John Schochet is currently the Deputy General Counsel at Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff & Legal Counsel for the Lieutenant Governor's Office in the State of Washington from January 2017 to December 2017. John also worked as a Deputy City Attorney for Policy and Constituent Affairs in the City Attorney's Office for the City of Seattle from January 2010 to January 2017. John has also worked as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from December 2006 to December 2009.

John Schochet received their JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts in John'story from Yale University. John also attended Miramonte High School.

They are on a team with Esther Gottlieb - Executive Program Director, Jewish Services, Laura Yacino - Chief Nursing Officer, and Rebecca Wulf - Chief Clinical Officer. John Schochet reports to Jeffrey Brenner, CEO.
