Pasquale Martello

Pasquale Martello, CPA, ARe has over 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and financial accounting. Pasquale began their career as a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse in 1996. In 1998, they joined Swiss Re as the Director of Operational Risk Management, leading a team responsible for functional reviews and testing key controls within the Financial Markets division. At Swiss Re, they also oversaw all control design and effectiveness testing associated with Section 404 of Sarbanes Oxley. Since 2009, Pasquale has worked at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services as the Senior Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management. In this role, they focused on changing the perception of the department and building relationships with senior management. Pasquale transformed the Internal Audit Department into a resource for process reviews, enhancing internal controls, increasing efficiency, and performing audits in support of system implementations.

Pasquale Martello, CPA, ARe obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Iona University in 1988 and then again in 1993. The field of study is not specified.
