Daphne Giotas-Kronk

Daphne Giotas-Kronk is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Development and Engagement at Jewish Care Victoria since March 2022, while also acting as General Manager People & Culture. Prior to this role, Daphne contributed to Epworth Healthcare as the Group Learning and Organisational Development Lead from March 2018 to February 2022. Previous experience includes significant positions at Telstra, where roles spanned from Leadership Program Consultant to various organizational development capacities, and a brief tenure at Sensis as a Learning and Training Consultant. Daphne's early career involved serving as a Corporate Key Account Manager at Orica. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Education in Psychology & Chemistry from the University of Melbourne.
