Olukemi Jeboda Fcipd

Olukemi Jeboda FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Programme Manager at FATE Foundation until 2003. After that, they joined DHL as a Skills Trainer until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Group Head of Human Resources at Nigerian-German Chemicals Plc/ UNIC Insurance/ Critical Rescue Int'l. In 2008, they transitioned to Muirhead Aerospace Limited as a Human Resources Generalist for a brief period of three months. The same year, they joined The Hyde Group as a Lead HR Business Partner, a role they held until 2022. During their tenure at The Hyde Group, they also held the position of Director of People at Langley Trust from 2022 to 2024. In 2019, they became a Non-Magistrate Member of the Advisory Committee at the Judicial Office. In 2020, they joined Thames Reach as a Trustee and Member of the Governance & People Committee, and a year later, they became a Non-Executive Director at Thames Reach Housing. Most recently, in 2024, they took on the role of Director of People at Jewish Care.

Olukemi Jeboda FCIPD holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Human Resource Management from Kingston University. Olukemi also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Lagos. Olukemi'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry, also from the University of Lagos. In addition to their formal education, Olukemi Jeboda FCIPD has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications. Olukemi has also completed the Advanced Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and holds a Diploma in Developing SMEs from Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI). Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including the Chartered Fellow designation from CIPD, the CIPD Level 7 Award in Understanding and Implementing Coaching & Mentoring, the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from APMG International, the Practitioner Coach & Mentor certification from EMCC - European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Test User Certificate in Occupational & Ability from The British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology.
