Andrew Sommers

Andrew Sommers is a Managing Partner of Ehrenkranz Partners, a wealth management firm in New York City. He joined the firm in 1997 and has been a partner since 2001 and a Managing Partner since 2012. Prior to joining Ehrenkranz, Mr. Sommers was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mr. Sommers joined JCCA’s Board of Trustees in 2001. He serves on the Executive Committee, chairs the Budget and Planning Committee, and co-chairs the Investment Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors for The New 42nd Street where he serves on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. He is also a member of the Board of the Jewish Communal Fund and a member of the Executive Council of Montefiore Hospital and serves on the investment committees of both organizations. He received a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and graduated with Honors with a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
