Lauren Pack, LMSW has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Lauren began their career in 2008 at Partnership with Children, where they provided therapy services to children and conducted assessments. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Social Worker for Kent County Council, leading a team that provided support to children and families in the child welfare system. At Jewish Child Care Association, they worked as a Social Worker from 2012 to 2013, conducting home visits and providing support to children in foster care. Lauren then became a Social Work Supervisor at the same organization, supervising a team of social workers and collaborating on treatment plans for children and families. Most recently, they have held positions at JCCA as the HCI Program Director of B2H and currently serves as the Program Director of Health Homes.

Lauren Pack, LMSW, earned a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 2004 and 2008.
