Yashi McGowan

Yashi McGowan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, program development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Relations Manager at JCC of Dallas, Yashi develops training materials for over 200 employees and manages a team of 10. As the Chief Cultivator of Projects at Yashi Rochelle Creative Works, Yashi collaborates with nonprofits and entrepreneurs to enhance programming and visibility. Previous roles include Senior Community Impact Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, where Yashi managed multiple city and federal grants, and Association Teen Engagement Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, overseeing programs for numerous branches and clubs. Yashi's foundational experience includes leadership positions at Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, teaching adjunct courses at Vatterott College, and serving as a connector for Shawni LLC. Yashi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Alverno College.
