Sierra Weiss is an accomplished Access and Inclusion Specialist at the JCC Association of North America and Project Associate at the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute, both roles held since 2021. Additionally, Sierra is the Founder and President of dance4empowerment, inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to creating dance programs for children with disabilities in the greater Boston area, promoting self-esteem and social integration. Formerly, Sierra served as Special Project Coordinator at Massachusetts Advocates Standing Strong and Director of Academic Affairs and Jewish Community Relations at the Consulate General of Israel to the Southeast. With a strong academic foundation, Sierra holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Disability Studies and Bioethics.
