Tanya Shadoan

Tanya Shadoan has a strong background in marketing, communications, and operations. Tanya currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, where Tanya successfully implemented an impact investing strategy for donor-advised funds. Prior to this, Tanya worked at Citi Ventures where Tanya held various roles including Director of Marketing & Communications, Chief of Staff, and DesignWorks Director. Tanya also has experience in leading marketing strategies for inbound customer retention efforts at Citi Cards. Tanya holds an MBA in Marketing & Non-Profit Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in French and German from Wellesley College.
