Kevin Rossi

Kevin Rossi has a strong background in human resources and program evaluation. Kevin has worked at Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia since 2011, starting as the Director of Program Evaluation and Human Resources before progressing through various roles, including Director of Human Resources, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and currently Chief People Officer. Prior to this, they held roles at Penn Mutual, including Inside Wholesaler, Sr. HR Business Partner, and Manager of Annuity Sales Desk.

Kevin Rossi received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business and Human Resources from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they attended from 1988 to 1994. In 2003, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Elementary Education at Chestnut Hill College, which they completed in 2011. Additionally, Kevin obtained a K-6 Elementary Education Instructional Certificate from the Pennsylvania Education Department in 2011 and holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
