Deborah Freeman has had a diverse work experience starting with roles in education and marketing, then transitioning to customer service and healthcare quality management. Deborah worked at Temple Chai as an Educator before moving on to Play Ball USA as a Marketing/PR/Corporate Relations Consultant. Deborah then held various customer service roles at Florida Panthers, Florida Career College, Blue Ocean Press, and Northwestern University. Deborah transitioned to healthcare quality management at Wilen Direct as an Estimating/Job Planning, and later joined Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona, where they served in roles such as High Needs Case Manager, Quality Management Healthcare Analyst, Manager, Quality Management, and currently as Director of Quality Management. Deborah also worked as a Case Manager at Mingus Mountain Academy. Throughout their career, Deborah has shown adaptability and dedication to various roles in different industries.

Deborah Freeman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University in 2006. Deborah then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Marketing and Public Relations from Northwestern University in 2015.
