Carol Stephenson

Carol Stephenson is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the Higher Education Legal Services at Jewish Family Service of San Diego, providing immigration legal services at multiple community colleges and California State Universities. Previous roles include serving as a community organizer and Solidarity Manager at Sacred Heart Community Service, where efforts focused on racial justice, and working as a policy aide for the City of San José, addressing concerns related to seniors and arts. Notably, Carol led the Renters' Rights Campaign at PACT: People Acting in Community Together, forming a diverse leadership team to strengthen housing protections.
