Fred Caban has extensive experience in administrative and project coordination roles, currently serving as the Special Projects Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the COO and CEO Designate at Jewish Family Service of San Diego since October 2018. Prior to this, Fred worked at Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter as a Group Coordinator/Reservations Specialist, managing group bookings and ensuring guest needs were met. Fred's career began at Marriott International, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between departments to enhance guest experiences. Additionally, Fred led the Conference Services team at Point Loma Nazarene University, oversaw student workers, and coordinated conferences. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies, both from Point Loma Nazarene University.
