Khea Pollard

Khea Pollard is the Director of Economic Mobility and Opportunity at Jewish Family Service of San Diego. Previously, Pollard was the Chief Executive Officer at Cafe X: By Any Beans Necessary, where the focus was on promoting healing and communal wealth-building for communities of color. Pollard also served as the Director at San Diego for Every Child, with a mission to reduce child poverty in the county, and as a Justice Program Manager at the National Association of Counties. Pollard's background also includes roles as a Policy Advisor/Community Representative and Media Assistant. Pollard holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego.
