Shane Beecraft has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Shane most recently worked at Jewish Family Services as the Human Resources Director, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from October 2019 to January 2022.
Before joining Jewish Family Services, Shane held various leadership positions. Shane was the Human Resources Director at Zilli Hospitality Group from September 2017 to October 2019. At Wal Mart, they served as ASM - Operations/HR Specialist from May 2016 to September 2017. Shane was also a Co Manager at Speedway LLC from October 2014 to October 2015. Additionally, they held the role of HR Practice Manager/Operations Manager at Veterinary Village from November 2013 to October 2014.
Shane's earlier experience includes being the General Manager at Ferch's from October 2011 to November 2013, and the Manager/HR Specialist at Saz's Catering from March 2010 to October 2011. Shane started their career as the Food and Beverage Director at Tripoli Shrine from December 2007 to March 2010.
Shane Beecraft completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2012.
