Melissa Goodson

Melissa Goodson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in non-profit development and organizational management. Currently, Melissa serves as the Owner and Coach at BeeGood Consulting, where the focus is on aligning values, mission, and team strengths within non-profit organizations. Melissa also holds the position of Chief Development Officer at Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County. Previously, Melissa worked in various roles including Major Gifts and Planned Giving Officer and Major Gifts Officer at United Methodist Retirement Communities, and Development Director at the Alzheimer's Association®, where oversight of the development department and fundraising strategies were key responsibilities.
