Rebecca Wanatick

Director, Disability Inclusion & Belonging at Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ

Rebecca Wanatick has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Rebecca began their career as a Special Educator in public schools and synagogues from 1991 to 2008. In 2008, they joined the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ as the Director of Disability Inclusion & Belonging. Rebecca also worked as the Inclusion Coordinator at Camp Deeny Riback, JCC MetroWest from 2008 to 2018. In 2013, they became an Educational Consultant at Matan Inc. Lastly, Rebecca is currently working as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified Instructor at the National Council for Behavioral Health since 2020.

Rebecca Wanatick holds an EdM in Special Education from Boston University, a BS in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Hartford, and a Certificate in Jewish Leadership for Educators from the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership.
