Rachel Berger is the Director of Jewish Life & Learning at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Rachel previously served as the Director of Community Engagement at Footsteps, Inc., where they oversaw foundation relations and grant writing, leadership development programs, member communications, and public education for the organization. Rachel has also worked as a Program Development and Operations Manager at Footsteps, Inc., responsible for economic empowerment programs, data management, program operations, and grant writing. Prior to that, they were the Director of Grantmaking at Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice.

Rachel Berger received their MSW in Social Administration from Columbia University in the City of New York. Rachel also holds a certification from Yeshiva University in LMSW. Rachel attended Central High School.
