Jennifer Friedman

Director, Community Planning at Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County

Jennifer Friedman has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Jennifer began their career as an intern at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, they interned at the Volunteer & Leadership Development Division of the UJA-Federation of New York. Jennifer continued their journey at UJA-Federation, working as an intern in the Lawyer's Division in 2013. Jennifer then joined the UJA-Federation's Emerging Leaders & Philanthropists team, starting as a Development Associate in 2015 and progressing to become a Development Executive in 2016 before leaving the organization in 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where they initially served as a Development Officer, then transitioned to the role of Community Planning Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Community Planning.

Jennifer Friedman completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Jewish/Judaic Studies and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida between 2009 and 2013. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at New York University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Hebrew and Judaic Studies, also from New York University.
