Matthew Troy is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in fundraising and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County since 2025, Troy has successfully led a fundraising team that raised over $20 million. Previously, Troy held the position of Director of Strategic Engagement at Worldreader in 2023-2024, focusing on enhancing digital reading access in under-resourced communities. As Executive Director at hackNY.org from 2019 to 2022, Troy connected software engineers with startups, fostering a vibrant tech community.
