Morgen Backus

Morgen Backus, MS, is a seasoned nutritionist currently providing expertise at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and Our Family of Agencies since November 2022. In addition to this role, Morgen Backus is a small business owner of Off The Leaf Botanicals and operates Morgen Backus Nutrition as a clinical nutritionist since March 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a direct support professional at Avenues to Independent Living Inc. from June 2019 to May 2022, and completing a fitness internship at RiverWinds Community Center in the summer of 2019. Morgen Backus holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist and a Master's in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management from Rowan University.
